2. Scope of Services

PropertyDeal provides expert support in property deal facilitation, including document preparation, coordination with local authorities, liaison with third parties and comprehensive guidance through each transaction stage. Our advisory services aim to streamline the process and respond to inquiries.

3. Info Products

We may offer digital guides, checklists and premium content related to real estate procedures. These digital materials are delivered electronically and intended for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

4. Goods

We may sell physical merchandise such as branded stationery, printed materials and educational kits. All goods are described on our website with details on availability, shipping and handling.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 48 hours before the agreed start time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit to be applied to a future service within six months. If you request a refund, we will issue it using the original payment method within 14 days. If a service is cancelled by PropertyDeal due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. Certain tailored services initiated immediately upon agreement are non-refundable due to preparatory expenses. In such cases we will provide a detailed justification and offer an alternative service credit of equivalent value.

5.2 Info Products

Digital products are available for download immediately upon purchase. Since delivery is instantaneous, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, unless material defects prevent access. If you experience technical issues, please contact us via the contact form and we will provide replacement files or guidance within 5 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Certain custom printed materials are non-refundable, which will be clearly indicated at the time of order.

6. Rescheduling

Clients requesting to reschedule a service must notify us at least 24 hours before the session. Requests made later may incur an administrative fee. Approved rescheduling requests may be accommodated subject to availability.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on propertydeal.biz and indicated by the revised date of 2026. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel.
